    problem with the trial AvidComposer 2018.5

    Hello from Greece

    its been 2 weeks that i have download the trial 2018.5

    i think AVID is great, but i have a problem

    while i am editing, sometimes stops, it freezes and this message is poping

    " Exception: Streamingplayconsymer:ExecutePassTIMEOUT"

    A friend of mine checked my PC and said that my CPU and RAM16g is ok for the programm.

    the problem must be in my graphic card.

    I have the Νvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB. he thinks that this card is not compatible with AVID

    Also i am having Windows Ultimate.

    Please can you tell me what is the problem and what can i do to fix it?

    Hi Marian and welcome to the forums. Yes, it could be the GTX 1060, You may want to experiment with different drivers to find one working with MC. You can also search the forums for GTX 1080 to find out useful info.
