    deblocking/debanding filter (MC, BCC) ?

I would like to smooth some heavily pixelated/banded 720p MP4 videos.

Quickly browsing through my effects palette (MC, BCC 10, RED 5.6), I couldn't find something called deblocking or debanding...BCC's DV Fixer doesn't seem to fix that kind of problem...

What filter/tool would you use to accomplish this, without sacrificing too much of the clip sharpness ?

    MC 2018.9 (Symphony option)/BCC 10.0.5/RED 5.6; BlackMagic Ultrastudio Mini Monitor (10.11.2.0); DELL Precision 5530 - Intel Core i7-8850H 2.6 GHz - 32... [view my complete system specs]

I can't think of anything that would not decrease sharpness, but if You're using the 720p videos in a bigger size project You might consider blowing those up out of Avid, e.g. Resolve or AE, that will scale them much better than MC, with lesser quality loss. If banding/blockiness is there in the first place You will retain them anyway, only a slight blur or similiar could smooth them out.
