    Pro Tools license not appearing in iLok

    I just purchased pro tools 2018.10 for a month.  I downloaded the software etc, it's listed as active, but my license is not showing up in my iLok account or iLok manager so I can't run the software.  The accounts appear to be successfully linked.  Can anyone help?  Thank you
