AppMan: Stuck "Getting Subscription Data"
Customer Service is hearing reports of customers experiencing an issue when attempting to access their My Avid via AppMan.
Issue: AppMan is getting stuck in the “Getting Subscription Data “ state and doesn’t recover. We have seen this on Mac and Win.
What to do: If you are seeing this exact issue where AppMan is stuck in the "Getting Subscription Data" stage, then please contact support through the Support Portal at https://www.avid.com/US/support/support-contact
Please include in your case report your MyAvid email, System ID, AppMan version and Media Composer version.
If you are unable to connect to the portal, then please feel free to PM myself or Raff and we will create a case for you or email us directly at marianna.montague@avid.com or raff.condalor@avid.com and include your MyAvid email, System ID, AppMan version and Media Composer version.
