failed deactivation 0 deactivation ok. no record of this device was found

    Hi,

I've just migrated from a Mac to another, and I'm having some issues trying to activate my licenses. My Application Manager is unable to conect to Avid servers and it doesn't allow me to deactivate Media Composer. "failed deactivation 0 deactivation ok. no record of this device was found". ¿What should I do?

I had an internet connection and was trying to deactivate ScriptSync from a dongle and got this exact same error message.  Has this issue been solved?
