    Reactivating Sibelius License

    Hello Avid Community, I was about to start using the Sibelius software. I had to renew my Support and Upragde plan and that's what i did. Now i want to reactivate my Sibelius License as it tells me to in the guide. After a while it says : Deactivation failed: Response is out of order with previous responses.

    I found nothing in the internet, just forum posts saying the support helped them with this issue.

    would appreciate a fast reply, so i can start notating
