    Failed deactivation.

    Got this error.

    Failed Deactivation. Response is out of order with previous responses...tred to contact avid but did't get through.......really frustrated

    Unfortunately, only Avid can fix activation issues. If you're having trouble with contacting support, send an email to Marianna Montague (marianna.montague@avid.com) and Raff Condalor (raff.condalor@avid.com). They are Avid's customer advocates, and can help.
