    Audio tracks nesting/collapsing

would be great to have an option to nest or collapse the audio tracks to make it easier to edit the clips with multiple audio channels.

Lot of times after Autosyncing the video and ISO audio tracks the new subclips will contain 5 or more audio tracks depending of how many channels of audio has been recorded on the set. This makes moving and trimming the clips very clumsy and unconvenient.

Would be nice to "collapse" these different audio channels (maybe during the Autosync?) to one "nested" track but still keep all the necessary metadata and channels in place. If there would be a need to tweak the "nested" audio channels independently would be great just to double click or go inside the nest (similar to the video collapsing) to open the "nest".

    This would be excellent.

I like to have all tracks available whilst cutting.

(14 tracks on the last couple of jobs.)

+1 I think Final Cut Pro X does this quite elegant.
