Help! Export Video Quality is Terrible from Studio 20!

I've got a Sony RX100 Mark V.  The video quality is stunning in 4K.  I run that hand-held video through my Mercalli 4.0 video stabilizer software and the video quality is again stunning, as seen on my PC.  The bit rate is set to be very high.

I import the resulting videos into Pinnacle Studio 20.  I make the move then export it.

The resulting 4K quality is terrible.  Very "blocky" and blurry.

I've tried EVERY setting I can find and have done EVERYTHING listed here to fix the problem, but no luck:

Any idea what is going on here?

    Hello Welfarebum,

Pinnacle is acquired by Corel, please go to Corel.com for support. Thanks!
