Running 8.4.5 on a Mac OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5.......we AMA everything (don't judge, not my choice). We have a drive on our server that is a large B-Roll library, and then each project gets its own drive for footage. Editors are supposed to copy generic B-roll they want from B-Roll libary drive to their Project drive, and then AMA it into their bin. Problem i am having is that let's say I already have 20 clips of media in the folder, and then I add another 15....the "Modified Date" remains at whatever it was when it was first downloaded, so I can't sort in the "Link to Media" window for just the clips I want. I need to select them all and just wait for the avid to go through all of them and then tell me that some were not added because they already existed in the bin. Any thoughts on how to change the "modified date"?
