How can I remove a system ID from the App Manager? I had to get a new system ID in order to renew my account. New one is activated and working. But I keep getting alerts because the old ID is still listed in the APP and is expired

Did You try to reset the AppMan cache? If You search the forums there are several posts from Marianna and RalphC with instructions for both the PC and the Mac.

Any suggestions to do this?
I had to install Avid on a clients Mac, but when I de-activate the license after I finished the job, the SystemID and ActivationID remain memorised.
I tried clearing the cache using the App Manager. I also manually trashed the cache folder. This didn't work so I tried uninstalling Avid. Yet, when I re-installled Avid to make sure everything was gone, my ystemID and ActivationID reappeared...
As you can imagine, it's kind of annoying not being able to erase this info. So any help would be appreciated.
