Hey in here. Im in a bit of a crisis. When my Pro Tools started making a error message i chose to reinstall Pro Tools, but after uninstalling i discovered that all my product downloads were gone from my account. Now the only download i have available, is the 12.6 download from my Application Manager.
My upgrade plan ran out in June-July, but since i for now was happy with 12.5 i chose not to renew it for the time being. I have surrenderes my old licenses for the new on my iLok, but i can't get acces to 12.6, it just says that i have no licenses or activations, but i have 4 licenses which are activated; 10, 11, 12 and 2016 Pro Tools, so i have no idea what to make of all this, i can't download the older versions since they have disseapeared from my account, and i can't acces 12.6 since (I guess) my upgrade plan ceased in June-July...
Please help!!!
