Why am I unable to change my user profile?
All I get is a spinning circle when I click on the "Edit my Profile" under Options. Sometimkes the circle stops spinning and all I get is a completely blank white screen!
Has been like this for at least 6 months now!

Whatever happened to my 2 Moderator "minders"?Usually they are around when I post.
Today when I clicked on my EDIT PROFILE link I was taken to

It is a completely blank page!
How about some action here?Or has somebody decided that I should not be allowed to update my Profile?

Hi Douglas,
What browser are you using? I just tried on Firefox Mac, Safari Mac, Chrome Mac, Firefox PC and Chrome PC, and was able to open and edit my user profile in all of them.
However, there seems to be an issue with your profile, as I cannot view it either, whereas I can view other people's profiles. I'll ping Raff about this.

Throughout the posts in these forums are messages that read something like, "FILL IN YOUR USER PROFILE so that we can help you with the problem", or "YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR CURRENT setup in your USER PROFILE . . . . update it so we can help..."
Once again the NUMPTIES in the Avid IT shower show their total lack of competence and interest in helping someone like myself. It has been like this since as far back as I can remember. I guess I am the fool in believing that they might have changed and can actually help a person with a simple IT problem.
The IT NUMPTIES don't need "bumping", they need . . . . . . . . . .
Ralph - see if you can tweak IT to get this fixed.
Douglas - I wonder if it has to do with all the ..... in your current profile.
I can manually change it for you in the admin tool so send me what you want replaced. Best to write it up new and send it as a paragraph so I can cut and paste.

All the "........" has always been in my user profile. It never caused problems before.
I appreciate your offer of changing manually, but I have no desire to let the numpties off the hook. You need your valuable time to help those in need with MC questions and answers. The IT part is the job of IT..... Let them fix it.
3 months have passed and still nobody in Avid IT Numptyland has been able to do anything to fix my connection to the User Profile area, so I can update my User Profile.
