Hello, I want to make some interlaced footage into progressive in MCA. I used to do it in Xpress Pro with the FluidMotion Progressive effect. I am now on a Media Composer Adrenaline 1.1 so I apply the timewarp effect on my clips, select fluid motion, but if I select interlaced input I only get interlaced output as an option, the progressive option can't be selected. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks

Under Timewarp I have only 0-100, 100-0, pulldown insertion, pulldown removal, timewarp, trim to fill and a couple of others but not fluidmotion. Fluid motion is only a rendering option in the timewarp effect (the actual effect not the menu). According to this very good post here http://www.24p.com/conversion.htm I should be able to convert from interlaced to progressive using the timewarp effect. My problem is that when I select interlaced as input I get only interlaced active in the output menu. I can see progressive as well, but it is not active. Progressive becomes active only when I select progressive as input. Is it because of my MCA version maybe? I'm on 1.1. Thanks
