Just updated to the latest Avid MC 8.6.2 and have noticed some menu cleanup, but I can't locate the duplicate sequence feature, and I used that a lot. If anyone knows that would be awesome.

Nevermind... just found it. So it's no longer available with right-click, but a simple Command-D duplicates.
This is an example of making a change for the sake of making a change. Worse, many essential commands have been moved to sub-menus requiring additional mouse-clicks to accomplish the task.
I have a fantastic editing assistant. He stays by my side when I edit...doesn't talk too much...and thinks I'm a genius! Check him out here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQVkYaaPO6g

Or you could use the keyboard commands, which haven't changed.
