What version of what Avid product are you using?

I'm getting the same error message trying to export to ProRes.  Running MC 8.4.4 on an iMac 5K.  Never had this happen before...with this machine or any other.  After the export window with the countdown finishes, I get a 2nd window that says Creating Fast Start Movie....gets about half done and then the error message comes up.  Thoughts?

Re: help with error message Queue full MainThread Deferred

Yes I am having a similar error that is about the message queue being full when I try and export an H.264. The avid will export any and all chuncks of the timeline that I want just not the whole thing. So frusterating because it crashes at the end of the render so I have to wait 20 mins to find out it didn't work.

Re: help with error message Queue full MainThread Deferred

    Hi,

I am now getting the same error message after installing Avid MC 8.7.2 for Mac and unstalling the Sony AMA plugins and installing the nablet AMA plugins. My files are Canon MXF 1080 25P.

I've never seen this message before. What can be done to solve this?

    Thanks in advance,

Re: help with error message Queue full MainThread Deferred

    Hi,

    Platform: MacBook Pro

    OS: 10.10.5

Computer spec: Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, Memory: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 512 MB

    MC version: 8.7.2.44855

Error message: Exception: std: exception, what: [Chron] Threads;;SendThreadMessage:Thread message queue full Main Thread (Null)

Upon startup after re-installing MC 8.7.2.44855 and after deleting MC State, I also received the error message: "C3350-Bluetooth Serial Po" is in use by another application and cannot be used by Deck Control.

I get the error message when I am doing a very simple QT Reference export of a sequence comprised of one video track and stereo audio tracks.

    Thanks for your help,

    Paul

    Hi Marianna,

That would be wonderful. Just out of curiosity, from what state will someone call, from California or Massachusetts? I am wondering because of the time difference.
