    Application Manager Account login failed

    Hi folks,

    I can't seem to be able to log into my master account from the Application Manager, it just sits on "getting subscription data..." before reverting back to the log in screen? Anyone know a fix for this?

    Could it be hanging up trying to get through a firewall?

    I'm having the same exact problem. I enter my information, and it says "Getting subscription data" for a number of minutes, then logs off.

    I just de-installed Media Composer and installed 8.4. I reset my password on my Master Account, and so far, the issues I was having stopped.

    I was having the same issues, here's what worked for me: I de-installed Media Composer 8.3.4 and installed 8.4. I reset my password on my Master Account, and so far, the issues I was having stopped.

    Apologies for the late reply. I upgraded the Application Manager and can now connect to my master account.

    However, the issue now is that my license won't activate - it keeps deactivating every month despite my subscription saying it's active. Hopefully Support can resolve this as it has been a problem since April.

    I'm having the same issue... Avid Application Manager version 2.4.4.6575 running on OS X Yosemite.

    Just hangs at 'Getting subscription data...' and then same as above reverts to login screen.
