Phrasefind "select language" option greyed out

Using Version 7 with Symphony option. I looked through the forum and tried the workarounds listed and it doesn't work. Has anyone else seen this? Any solutions?

    Thank you.

Is there a language already enabled? Check the license control to make sure.

I assume you realize that PhraseFind is a paid option.
