How to make an .stl file?

    Hi everyone,

I'm working on Avid MC 3.1.2 and have just discovered the great options available with the Subcap generator. I have a list of translations I'm bringing in manually, and thought I might be able to reformat the document I've been given to a .stl file so that I can bring in the titles automatically.

I've looked in the app store and it looks as though there are no subtitling programs that export the .stl format. So I'm loathed to buy one to see if it has it. Can someone point me to a program that can export .stl or else is the format redundant now? Any other solutions welcome. I'd love to get this working, as it will be a massive help at the end of the project to have a subtitle workflow worked out.

    Cheers,

    James

Download the demo of Subbits and try it - should do what you need.
