I am not able to activate Avid MC 6.  I am using the system ID that was on the box of the original software I purchased which was version 4.  I purchased the upgrade to 5.5 back in November and have never been able to upgrade to MC6.  The software installed, but when I try to activate, I get this message:

101 Update Activation Failed. Prior product is not correct for this upgrade license.

Please advise.
