Daktronics has the Daktronics Character Generator Interface (DCGI) and it’s basically a III interface which is what you get on the Deko when you purchase the Automation options.

This is used with the Deko's at many facilities including, according to that page, at the largest LED video screen in the world at Kauffman stadium, home of the KC Royals.

Avid Deko 1000 and Scoring/Timing Interface

Is anyone aware if the Avid Deko 1000 is capable of interfacing with a scoring/timing interface? More specifically, I would like to create a score bug with Avid Deko 1000 and would like it to pull time and scoring information (auto-populating) from our Daktronics (DSTI) system. If it can not capable of interfacing is there a 'workaround' to do this without a PIP clock?
