There is of course the same old problem of workspaces not mounting, but this happens with avid clients as well.

all in all it seem to be working well for us.

Re: Final Cut Pro on Unity 5.1.1

I, too, am searching the forums for an answer to this exact question. We want to be platform agnostic and NLE agnostic, but would obviously like to purchase one storage solution. It'll take a sledgehammer to get our 9 year old Unity to die, so I would lean towards (the over priced, but very reliable) Unity platform. But we need to have a solution for our FCP edit bays. I've read the threads on Facilis, Editshare, Archion, etc... but want to hear from those of you who are ACTUALLY USING FCP with Unity as your storage solution - not just the well crafted sales pitch from avid.com. Anyone?

mrtrees - please let me know if you have had any luck in this area!

Thanks,

Has anybody any experience of running FCP on Unity 5.1.1. If so is the experience good or bad? Has anybody experienced bandwidth issues?

Would really appreciate any feedback from anybody who has or is about to go down this route?

Regards
