&lt;p&gt;I think a roll-back to MC3.5 should solve your problems.&lt;/p&gt;

The audio follows, but the video just plays out whatever shot I started playback on. It will only &amp;quot;catch up&amp;quot; to the audio once I&amp;#39;ve stopped playback....meaning, it will show the frame it is suppose to be on. It happens at random times, mainly after I have trimmed a clip. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also get glitches in and around any effect I&amp;#39;ve created...dissolve...color correction...etc...etc..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The problem is totally random. A system restart helps....but after a while of scrubbing...it is back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve tried resetting the memory too....but no luck.&lt;/p&gt;
