One of my editors noticed a little bug. Okay, more then one but I'm just posting this one.

When importing a slate made as a .pict file the image is really, really soft. Almost like it's a really low resolution. Importing the same image straight from it's .psd and flattening it and it comes in fine. Making it into a .tiff file and importing it and it's also fine. All the import stuff is set correctly and we're puzzled.

We can change our specs and create titles, etc using tiff but I've been using .pict files for a very long time and I'm kinda of fond of them. What gives? Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Doug
