&lt;p&gt;as asked aboved - if you have sorensen squeeze you can get it pretty small.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;d compress as much as you can, and then place it on an FTP site and send the person a link.&amp;nbsp; do this all the time for larger quicktimes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a half hour sequence, cut on xpress pro on my mac, and I need to email it to someone else - who also has a mac.&amp;nbsp; It doesn&amp;#39;t matter if the quality isn&amp;#39;t very good as it&amp;#39;s just for viewing but I just need it compressed as much as possible so it can be email.&lt;/p&gt;
