Closing the additional applications and re-launching Composer solves the problem for me each time. So apparently, Avid still &lt;em&gt;thinks&lt;/em&gt; the file is in use by another application even when it no longer is. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I copied the bin into a new project on the Xpro.&amp;nbsp; It did not solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; It seems to correlate with saving the project.&amp;nbsp; With the autosave as well as closing and self saving.&lt;/p&gt;
