What Is VTS?

Q: I have a DVD that I downloaded and it just gave me a bunch of VTS files and no AVI file?

Q: How do I get a video file VTS_01_1 VOB to play on my PowerPoint presentation? Window Media Player says it as an error.

Q: So I don't have the DVD anymore, I only have separate VTS files and want to put them onto the iPad. Is there anything I can do?

The VTS here does not refer to the .vts suffix name file but is the prefix name file that starts with VTS. It refers to the Video Title Set (VTS) files, which contains a large number of VTS IFO, VTS BUP, and VTS VOB files and these VTS files are stored in the Video_TS folder. These VTS files are not available and workable individually, and they are part of the structure of DVD directory, all of them have to be present. In order to play these VTS files, we usually combine them into one of our common playable video files, such as MP4, AVI, etc. Then a powerful VTS file converter is essential.(http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/vts-video-converter.html

Step 1. Run this program, you can see the interface as shown below. Here are three options: DVD Disc, ISO Image and DVD Folder. Here you need to click “DVD Folder” to load the new folder you just created for converting it to MP4. The VTS files converter will analyze and mark the main title automatically.

Step 2. A great deal of video & audio formats and hot portable devices will spread out after clicking "Output Format" profile. You just need to click MP4 under Video tab as the output format.

If you have any question about this, just contact me or search the source. Enjoy it!
