Globally setting IN/OUT Points on Clips in a Bin

Does it ever happen that you have a large number of Title clips or Images that you would like to mark In and Out Points to be the same on every clip?
Maybe you already have In and Out Points marked on the clips, and they are all different....... and now you want them all the same.
Here is one way of doing this.
