I'm trying to consolidate but when I load only media files or precomputes, some are left on the original drive and are not moved to the new drive.
I tried manually moving one such file and it worked, so I know it's not a share (locked file) issue.
another issue I get with consolidation is an occasional error of Exception: RGBADescriptor::CalcPixelEidth() - Unsupporeted pixel eidth., width:18
anyone knows what to do?
Thanks

HI,
I want to bump this one...I'm having the same issue.
Thanks.
can you give me details of which version are you all running and what storage you have etc
The pixel width can relate to effects but I'm not so sure that it is the case here.
Thanks for responding.
Hope these info helps:
yankeet:Exception: RGBADescriptor::CalcPixelEidth() - Unsupporeted pixel eidth., width:18
I get this one too...

I have seen this. At least in our experience this occurs when you consolidate files created from a different version of the software or a corrupt render.
Only workaround I know is to find the offending file (Divide and Conquer) and delete or export a standalone OMF file.

My money goes to a corrupt file as well... are there (by any chance) media files that come from previous projects or consolidations?

I'm afraid that's it.
Yes, we're sharing this project with a different version of AvidXPs. I'm working on a different project right now but I will try your suggestions.
Thank you.
