Time warp like Time remapping (Adobe Premiere feature)

I've just recently started using AVID Media Composer 5. I used Adobe Premiere before, and the Avid's Time warp is working a little differently. If I make a clip shorter or longer with time warp or even trim to fill, the duration of the clip does not changes, and I have to edit the clip again. Premiere keeps the scene, and sets the duration. Is there any tool to do this in Avid MC?

The key is to use the position graph, reduce the size of the box so you can see the boundaries, and keep the line inside the box from the bottom left corner to the top right corner.
