When working on a project with OMF files (also media creation is set to OMF) and trying to import any video file, the default res is set to MXF

Only if I enter again the media creation setup and re select OMF, an OMF res is available.

And for the color correction effect.. I really thing that this new effect should be titled as a new effect; and we can keep the "old" regular color correction effect for compatibility with older versions. The "demote" option is not enough for me as I can't share rendered sequences.

Going between 3,5 and 4 is no problem, a new CC engine with keyframes was released together with 3,5.

If you have to use versions that are 2 generations old together with your new version and don´t want to use the demote - promote optiion in the Avid CC, I suggest using the CC from the Boris folder instead, just make sure that you have the same version of Boris installed on your systems

I think that the CC effect has been out for long time and is been using for many versions. Many system are still  3.X and 2.X

Old systems use old versions of Boris..

I see it like the old color effect that I hardly use but is still out there as a separate effect. I wish it was the same with the new key frame CC effect.
