Hi guys,

When i go to show the audio energy plot and sample plot, it is only showing on one of the many audio channels.

Any rhyme or reason as to why this is and how I can fix it, without having to delete all my settings (it works fine when i use someone elses settings)

Just to make sure, there is actually audio on the other tracks, right?  Clips with sound on them?

Assuming there is, try creating a new project and a new user and see if the problem persists.  If new project/user fixes it, your problem is corrupt settings.

If that doesn't fix it, when you come back tell us your system specs, whether this is a new problem on a system that's been working or if it's a new install, and what kind of project it is.

So, seems I have a  dodgy user setting.. is there anyway of not having to redo all the individual settings again, or do i really have to start from scratch (shortcuts, colours, settings etc)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you're going to have to start from scratch.  On the bright side, at least you know what the problem was.
