Howdy folks
We have some random instances of this error:
We mostly get it after we have replaced some clips with proxy sound with the clips with hi-res sound. Not all clips error out but some do and on random clients. The workaround so far can vary... Sometimes we just open the clip in the interplay window att the Admin computer and after that it's fine. Some times the admin or another client has to put the clip in a new bin that the client with the problem has to open. Once that has been opened the clip in the original bin works.
To me it feels like a database problem. That there's a mismatch between the interplays and the clients database or something. I'm not that in to how it all works really but I tried to remove the Media Index caches on one client but that didn't help.
Does someone know why this happens and how to solve it???
Cheers!
