    Can SD IMX 40 run on a single drive?

    Hi

    anyone know what is the recomended storage to run footage shot on XDCAM IMX 40?

    Does a single drive with f/w 800 or esata is enough? or should i use some kind of raid in order to do it?

    i can work without any problem on a footage shot 2:1 with a single f/w 800 drive.

    what is the bandwith of 2:1? is it less or more than IMX 40?

    I did not have any problems with SD IMX 50 from an external, USB drive so I think you will be good to go.
