I'm having a bit of trouble with some fonts not working in MC4, all fonts still work in AE and have previously worked in MC3. Initially I thought that it wes Type 1 fonts that had stopped being displayed but have investigated further and have found some TT and OT fonts no longer work in MC.
I have discovered that some graphics driver update break fonts but can that be programme specific?
Anyone encountered this or have a solution?
Thanks

Might this be of help?

Cheers, I have already rolled back the driver and all is well again.
I didn't have all the same issues as discribed in that thread.
Just hope MC is happy with old driver or is there a newer one reccomended that doesn't cause font meyhem?
I'd expect a CPR for MC4 which could qualify a newer version of the NVIDIA driver.
Pretty sure you'll be able to find it in the release notes for 4.0.3 (just out):

The following have been fixed:
Bug Number: UDevC00128226. The v190.38 NVIDIA driver has been qualified. This fixes the “Unable to install fonts” error that occurred on WinXP SP3 systems. I am fairly certain I'm running SP2 so the bug wouldn't be unique to SP3
