Direct links don't work very well outside of the US... If I click on the link, the website tries to load the French site and therefore displays an empty document.

There was a workaround but I can't find it. Anyone?

    Falcon,

This happens if the native language of your browser is set to something other than English. The Web team is working on it.

Pierre, I'll ask the guys what's up with the redirect but, in the mean time, just search the KB for Version Matrix and it comes up.

    hi falcon333,

i am so glad that you have the same problem viewing the knowledgebase links.

i was thinking i was crazy or dumb.

my workaround is that i search the DB for a specific case - and then sometimes there is something found.

the web team has to fix this - i believe this is the only site on the whole internet where stuff like this happens;-)
