I'm looking to have a line of text playout as if someone is typing it in realtime. The only way I can think of doing it is by cascading a series of titles each with one more additional character. Which takes ages.

Is there an effect / style / template in Avid Marquee that will do this automatically for me?

I've used Avid FX (Boris Red) to do this via the type on effect...

BCC 6.0's type on effect is awesome, btw:
