upgrade problem from 10.1.1 to 10.2

Hi guys!

i am upgrading from 10.1.1 to 10.2 but the upgrade process is not progressing and is prompting me an error and says that i should have 10.1.1 in order to be able to upgrade to 10.2. BUT i am already running on 10.1.1. What seems to be the problem there and possible fixes? thanks!

No, something is very wrong because 10.2 is a full Avid DS release, and you MUST uninstall the 10.1.x version completely before you can install Avid DS 10.2.
