I have encountered this issue with airspeed stand alone configuration

Error:internal error in the  DLL that send media to the play back device:plutoframe

Sender::unhandled exeption caught

Can any body help me?

I don't know what version you are running so .........  I cant give you much to go on but I can tell you to check the following document as you might need to update based on the config. and error.

There is a known issue with the new editors and Transfer. The Interplay team is working on a fix and in the meantime recommend customers download the 1.6.2.2 version of Transfer to avoid the problem you are seeing. If you need help getting the version of software please contact Customer Support.
