I found the following article in the knowledge base for step by step directions to manually uninstall 3.x and to manually remove certain files.  Just wanted to confirm if this article is up to date and if I can follow these steps.

You can go right to 4.0.2 seeing as 4.0 was never actually released. We went directly to 4.0.2 for the first release. Give us a buzz if you have any problems.
