Hey buddies.....

     I just spent a whole day logging footage and am now ready to capture,  We rented a digi beta deck and I had deck control and was viewing the footage fine all day.  NOW, when I go to begin a batch capture I'm getting the "cannot find valid template for this device...please contact soft image PSS."  Anyone got an idea what I should do here?

If you do a Alt F8, what do you see?  Should be a list of all the deck configs on the system.

Choose the appropriate one and take a look at the info.

Does it all look correct?
