    Redcine to MC aspect ratios

    Hi

Probably being dumb here, but how do i get 2:1 AR footage to display correctly in a MC 1080 25p project?

I exported 2K 2:1 from Redcine , and MC knows the correct resolution in the bin headings column, but display it cropped.

Is there a way to resize the footage letterboxed for viewing?

    Thanks for any help.

Aspect ratio control happens in REDCINE as part of the transcode process. Fit width etc. will create a letterboxed 1920 xx1080 QT file.
