HELP!  I am trying to send a 1 hour sequence to Sorenson for squeezing so that I can make a DVD. I have done this numerous times before, but when I send it to Sorenson this time I get the error message "Unable to add source files. Following files not supported. ParnellWedingrecption.mov  I haven't encountered this before and it is puzzeling me. My system is running Avid Express Pro Studio version 5.7.5.   How can I get this sequence into Sorenson?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  thanks

Fastest solution maybe to do a video and audio mixdown. Make a new sequence with just these files and export that to Sorenson.

Solving why you have a problem could take time and a lot of detail about the file you named.

Thanks Andrew, I am trying that now, but it failed also. so I am trying to isolate where the problem is. I am doing audio mix downs on different sections of the sequence sequentially. Hopefully that will tell me where the glitch is.  Failing that, do you have any other suggestions?

Well, after chasing down the errant clip through the process of elimination I was able to delete it and do another mixdown that worked. Then I exported the sequence to a quicktime movie, and then imported it into Sorenson. This time Sorenson accepted it and I am "Squeezing as we speak".  I did have to delete the original audio tracks to make the quicktime movie, even though I had deselected them before doing the mixdown.  Guess Avid tried to include them even though deselected.  Thanks again for the help so quickly.  That is what makes this forum GREAT!
