I just upgraded to 4.0.2 and now I'll render in to out and my fx wont play properly. When I look at the timeline it still has red lines over some fx so I'll render in to out again and it will try to render the same number of fx as before. In fact I can just keep hitting render and it will "render" them but if I hit render again immediately afterwards it still has to render the same number of shots.
If I clear the renders then try again it seems to fix it for a while.
Any one see this before?

Thanks for the continued dongle support
I have the same issue occasionally. I have to do a mixdown to work around it. I have it happen with various effects Sapphire, Boris and Avid effects.
I've known it happen when ISIS workspaces are modified (R/W from Read only) after mounting. Have to restart App for renders to stick in that case.
Not sure that is the issue for your setup though.
Avid, FCP, EVS, Tape, whatever.

Have you tried creating a new Avid user?
Seen this occasionally too. There seems to be little logic as to why and when it happens. I have found quitting Symphony and going back into project works most times and any renders that didn't seem to have "stuck" were now there.
Annoying but not really that frequent an occurence either..
I've seen this on occasion and closing the sequence bin and reopening it fixes it sometimes. This has historically helped even going back to meridian days.

Hit it for the first time on Friday and yes, the old close the bin and reopen it worked. This bug has popped up in the past and been fixed before. Hopefully that makes it easy for the engineers to fix.
