    Undo "Clear monitor" mistake!!!!

Ok...I am freaking out right now.  I had a timeline built and I went to click and drag my composer monitor down and instead of dragging my composer monitor down I noticed in a matter of 1/2 second I clicked a drop down menu and clicked "clear monitor". My composer monitor is blank as is my timeline.  I tried to "Control Z" to undo it with no luck. I tried reloading my sequence back...blank.  What did I do?!?!?!  How do I get it back?!?!?!  PLEASE HELP

Never mind!!! I just figured it out. It shows the sequence in the drop down and you just have to click it.  Man talk about a scare that gets the heart going. LOL

It actually was not in the original bin. I tried loading the original sequence and I was blank...thats what scared me.  I figured that you could not delete that easly.

You can't.  If you hit "Clear Monitor" it just clears the Sequence that is loaded in the Timeline from the Record Monitor and subsequently the Timeline.  It is not "deleted".

To Delete a sequence, you need to highlight it in the Bin and hit "Delete", then a confirmation dialog box appears.

To re-load a seq that has been cleared, you can just double-click the sequence in the Bin that it lives in, double-clicking a seq always loads it into the Record Monitor.
