DS upgrade from 10.1.2 to 10.2

I have one question regarding the upgrade procedure to DS 10.2. We had DS 10.1 and since june, 10.1.2. As it´s stated in the web: Upgrade Eligibility - Customers who own DS 10.x software are eligible to download the DS 10.2 software at no charge from the Avid.com Download Center, starting August 31, 2009. But when I try to download the upgrade, the system routes me to another page, where I need a user name and a password, which I don´t have or don´t remember to have one. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, for your help. Regards

If your support contract does entitle you to access the Avid Download Center secure section, contact Avid Support and request that the login and password be send to you.
