Something is most likely corrupt.  Can you create a report next time ( select the create report button) and email me when it happens next time?

    Re: An Error Has Occured

Hi, that is the same error I get - the solution is to CLOSE the project first, then QUIT MC. It seems to show up after all the database issues I have been having in this thread.

    http://community.avid.com/forums/p/76012/426112.aspx#426112

None have been successfully answered.. I have no idea about the database errors / corruption, which has caused this.

BUT as I have said, if I CLOSE the project first, then QUIT - I do not get that error. Only when I hit option-q or whatever it is on the mac to quit while the projec is open do i get that error.

uninstalling and re-insatlling completeley did seem to help onle ONCE until I tried to import some files and got that database corruptoin mentioned on my thread did I get that error again.

    Hope you have other ideas?!?!

Tikboy - a quick question - how or what program did you use to capture that window? it sure beats re-typing all that info.

    Thanks

    Re: An Error Has Occured

    Thanks everyone.

I kind of figure that closing the sequence and the bins before quitting helps. It cleared out for a while but it happened again for some reason.

I'm also wondering if this could be caused by some project assets (stil images) from our local network storage. I used a couple Pan&Zoom effects with sources from our shared storage.

Serleejus, the screen grab is built-in on Mac. CHEAT SHEET HERE.

Hi Marianna... here is what it says when I try to create a report

and it goes back to the menu like the first post. You can only choose EXIT fo FINDER to exit.

    Thank you - Any Ideas?
