adding a cool camera shake to a composited shot?

anyone know if there is an easy way to create some good camera shake in DS.  I've messed around hand keyframing a DVE on my composite container, but it looks really fake.  Any other suggestions?

    Thanks as usual Avid users

    later.

I know I could do this in about 2 seconds in After Effects, but I'm trying to stay inside DS

    later.

Find some camera shake you like. Track it in DS.  Apply that track to a global node.
