My sequence is cut with grouped footage.
When trying to match frame from the sequence, it brings up the correct group with the incorrect timecode.
Both the video and audio of the clip match back to the correct group, but incorrect timecode.
Some clips in the sequence DO match back to the correct group (I'll call it group A) and correct timecode, but most will not be correct, even if it was pulled from the same group (group A)
any thoughts on why this is occuring? I've tried on different stations, with different users profiles.
I apologize if this is confusing.
Thanks a bunch!

MAKANI:When trying to match frame from the sequence, it brings up the correct group with the incorrect timecode.
Have had the same issue working in a 24p project. On the affected groups it was also impossible to render AudioSuite effects. The system would hang. I finally ended up conforming all material from affected groups manually by match-framing twice (so it brings you to the original clip) and going to the correct timecode. Was a PITA. I didn't look any further due to deadline issues back then.
Now I think it might have to do with the original footage being shot in true 24fps HD (RED) which was imported into MC in a 1080p/24 project. Editing was done with project settings flipped over to SD (24p/PAL). The matchframe issues occurred in the SD project and I haven't checked whether they also occurred if the project was back in HD. If you have a similar workflow, you might try that.
