    AMA related Q (not that Mac savy!)

    MC 4.02 on Apple OS 10.5.8

    Worked with AMA and Sony EX media all of last week no problems. Today they start where they left off and got the following problem.

    Loading the AMA is no problem, using the AMA is no problem however when they drag stuff to the timeline and trim the video and leave the audio they get an unsupported resolution error. Just using the clips as are is no problem...

     

    any thoughts?

    hey M, the error is "exception unsupported file format" and it happens when you alter anything that is loaded from the AMA bin. I do not have the system in front of me so i am repeating what i know at this point :)
